High barrier, corrosion resistance
Compared with the traditional dry composite aluminum-plastic composite film, this product has good flexibility, moisture proof, oxygen insulation, light shading, shielding, vacuumable, color printing and other characteristics, but also has a better resistance to organic solvents, chemicals, acid and alkali substances corrosion characteristics. It can be widely used in the packaging of all kinds of foods requiring high barrier packaging, especially milk powder, pickled food, pharmaceuticals and cream pesticides with high corrosion resistance requirements.
High temperature cooking resistance
Due to the characteristics of the traditional dry composite aluminum-plastic composite film, as well as the control of glue allocation, gluing amount, curing process and other process conditions, the combination strength of the product intima and aluminum foil is difficult to achieve stable and ideal use requirements. Especially in the application field of high temperature cooking products, after high temperature cooking at ≥121℃, most of the dry composite aluminum-plastic films on the market are prone to peeling of the inner membrane and the aluminum foil layer. Due to the use of direct hot melt bonding technology, the surface characteristics of some polymer materials are directly changed during processing, so that the bonding strength of the intima and aluminum foil is high and stable, especially after high temperature cooking, the bonding strength will not be weakened but will be greatly enhanced compared with that before cooking.
Aseptic paper-plastic aluminum packaging is used for the packaging of beef jerky, dried fruits, tea, grains and other foods, wherein the contents contact the end of the packaging material, on the one hand, the contents erode through the end of the packaging material, reducing the packaging strength; On the other hand, oxygen, moisture and microorganisms in the air may also pass through the end face and have an impact on the quality of the contents.
PPP sealing strip has low temperature heat sealing, sealing, barrier and good rigidity, so that the quality of food in the shelf life is guaranteed. The current domestic plastic seal production technology is the polyethylene film layer, bidirectional stretch polyester film, polyethylene film layer using adhesive form through dry composite.
As we all know, due to the discharge of more toxic solvents or volatiles in the dry compounding process, environmental pollution and the migration of residual solvents to the packaging contents will cause food hygiene and safety problems. PPP heat seal for aseptic paper-plastic aluminum packaging of our company is composed of polyethylene film layer, biaxial stretch polyester film or biaxial stretch polyamide film and polyethylene film layer. Using hot pressing composite method, the polyethylene film layer, biaxially stretched polyester film or biaxially stretched polyamide film and polyethylene film layer are closely bonded together by instant high heat, which improves the tensile strength of the seal strip and can be used for high-speed packaging machine. Because there is no need for adhesive compound, it reduces environmental pollution and increases the food hygiene and safety of paper aluminum-plastic composite packaging. The PPP heat seal has good low temperature heat sealing, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high barrier performance, and can be used in various packaging equipment.
